When preparing reviews on word processors, select a non-proportional font with less than 65 characters per line - Courier 10 cpi is a common font type that fulfills this requirement. Instead of using the underline command, place an underscore mark in front of and immediately behind the underscored word or phrase, i.e., _Architronic_. Authors should not use the "tab" key within the text, as email does not recognize this command. Please use five spaces instead (note that most word processors allow you to search and replace these characters very easily). Endnotes should be placed at the end of the body of text using the Turabian style. All illustrations, sound clips, and video scenes should be referenced in the text so that the Architronic production staff can imbed "anchors" for these elements at the proper location in the text.
Use figures rather than spelled-out numbers for cardinal numbers over one hundred and for all measurements. Form the plural of decades without an apostrophe: "1490s" rather than 1490's. Dates should read day, month, year: 31 March 1955.
Use The Chicago Manual of Style to resolve any difficulties.
